Common questions

Is this a scam?

Check us against six things: a written fee upfront, no funder commissions, no guaranteed results, no law-firm claims, no request for banking passwords, and files we turn away when we can't help. Apply the same test to anyone else who calls you.

Are you a law firm?

No. We don't give legal advice or represent you in court. If you're facing litigation, a signed confession of judgment, or bankruptcy, we point you to a licensed attorney — early, not after you've paid us.

Is this debt settlement?

No. Debt settlement stops payments and waits for a discounted payoff. We negotiate a restructure while you stay current and in good faith with your funders.

What does this cost?

Our fee structure is [OWNER TO CONFIRM: fee model and amount], disclosed in writing before any work begins. The initial position review is free, with no obligation.

How fast does anything change?

Outreach usually starts within days. Most restructures we complete are done in one to two weeks. Results vary; not guaranteed. Nothing changes on your account until it's agreed in writing.

Will this hurt my credit?

It can. Restructuring or defaulting may affect business credit, and personal credit too if you signed a guarantee. A negotiated restructure usually does less damage than an unmanaged default.

Can my funder sue me?

Yes. Funders can pursue collection and file suit, and a personal guarantee lets them pursue you individually, not just the business. We can't stop or appear in a lawsuit. If you've been served, call an attorney now.

What about my personal guarantee or COJ?

Most MCA agreements include a personal guarantee; some include a confession of judgment. Both carry serious exposure specific to your state and contract. We flag them in your file — what they mean legally is a question for your attorney.

Do I have to stop paying my funders?

No — and we won't tell you to. Missing payments can trigger default, fees, and collection or legal action. Payment decisions, and their legal consequences, are yours to make, ideally with an attorney.

What if I have multiple positions?

Common, not disqualifying — we work with stacked files regularly. Later positions carry less leverage, but what matters most is whether your revenue can support a restructured schedule.

What do you need from me?

Your last four to six months of bank statements, your funding agreements, current balances, and your ACH schedule. Send any demand letters or default notices too. Partial files are fine — send what you have.

Can I get funding after this?

Often, once payments are reduced, performing cleanly, and stale UCC filings are addressed. Results vary; not guaranteed. Every approval decision belongs to the lender, not to us.

Have a question we didn't answer?

Ask it directly. No drip campaign, just a straight answer.
